The Yorkshire Property Guide

This three-edition title was launched way back in 1990 when the first issue was
published covering West Yorkshire. For the first time independent estate
agents pooled resources and collectively supported their own in-house paper.
At the time of launch, virtually all the corporate and large independent estate
agents had their own dedicated property publications.

The Yorkshire Property Guide offered several notable advantages;
more individual agents/offices displaying the paper and full county-wide
distribution leading to higher circulation figures.

Having survived the housing market recession of the early nineties,
further editions were added to cover North Yorkshire (1993) and
South Yorkshire/North Nottinghamshire (1996).

In 2001 the titles were re-vamped and re-launched with full colour
on every page.

In recent years, many estate agents have taken the decision
to remove their own publications from their marketing strategy.
We feel this is a mistake but we are happy to exploit our position
as the county's ONLY regional monthly property guides.
